There is a lot planned for this event, and the most current schedule has
been posted here. It is noted as being subject to change, as change is
one of the few constants in the Universe! You choose what you want to
do this year. Make your reservations at Registration for which events
you want to take part in, or spend your time touristing in town
Important information regarding the banquet dinner!!
To accommodate the volume of attendees, the awards dinner has been
changed from a plated meal to a buffet. Full refunds will be given to
anyone wishing to cancel. No dinner refunds after October 1st.
Awards presentation takes place after the dinner and is open to all
registrants.
The deadline for registration cancellations with refund is July 15th.
Any changes in registration status, please notify Steve Proctor at
stp356@gmail.com. Anyone trading registrations, please notify Steve.
A new registration form is required and you can get a copy here.

85750. We want your correct car and tee shirt information, and to be
able to make your badge.
For the 2009 Holiday, Jeff Gamble is once again creating our concours
award badges. Additionally, we have made up some great car badges.
These are hard enamel, numbered, made in America, and their sale will
be limited to registrants. Go here to see the design. Sale of these
badges contributes to ensuring a special holiday event. All purchases
made prior to September 1st, will be mentioned in the event program as
supporters of the Holiday! They will go on sale mid-July, limit 2, $56 each.
If you haven’t made your room reservations yet, Kings Ransom, our
secondary hotel, still has rooms available, 1-800-846-6164.
Sedona Rouge, host to the Copperstate 1000, is also offering a special
room rate for event participants. They are about three miles from Poco
and their reservation number is 866-312-4111. Just mention
the event.
Viewing the Concours, and the Sunday swap meet are both
open to the public.
