Welcome to the web site for the Porsche 356 Registry West Coast Holiday for
2009.
The theme of our event is the 50th anniversary of the introduction of the T5, so
you are all invited to:
B in Sedona !
Please have patience while this site is under construction. Check in often. As
we get closer, there will more information always being added.
You can be sure that we will offer you all the standard events you expect from
a Holiday: the Concours, the Awards banquet, the Sunday morning swap,
driving tours, the Hospitality Suite, the Goodie Store, as well as lots of 356
camaraderie! Be sure to bring your cameras, besides great cars, there is also
the beauty that is Sedona ! (tentative schedule has been posted 9/20/08)
Registration and hotel reservations begin shortly, details in the next issue of
the Registry Magazine. Meanwhile, take a short tour of Arizona with the
Outlaws.
The event is being held at the Radisson Resorts, Poco Diablo; host to both
1999 and 1989 events. Poco Diablo is a beautiful golf resort on the banks of
Oak Creek; bring your clubs if you are so inclined! They have agreed to make
all rooms in the resort available to us at the Holiday rate until they are either
sold out, or July of 2009. This rate applies for the entire week, so come early,
or stay late. You will have to register for the event to get your code for making
reservations at Poco, and registration will begin in late 2008.
The resort is also asking us to limit the trailers and large vehicles in the
parking area. Its a small, tight space and we want to maximize the parking
availability for Porsches to "B" in Sedona. There are many other choices
nearby for accommodations that will be better suited for parking trucks and
trailers.
A Holiday is for and because of members. If you'd like to participate as a
volunteer in any capacity, please be sure to let us know. Contact Jim or
